50 Fat Bar Push Press 90/70

100 Pull-Ups

50 Fat Bar Deadlifts 90/70

100 Wallballs 20/14

50 Fat Bar Thrusters 90/70

100 Burpees

50 Fat Bar Front Rack Lunges 90/70

Run 600m
Teams of 3 and only 1 fat bar per team. If you have female/male team you will need to remove the weight and replace clips. The bars are 20# so put a 25 & 10 on each bar and remove the 10 for the females.

If we run out of fat bars have and teams that are scaling to just us a reg bar.
