About the Coach:

What year did you start CrossFitting:

I started CrossFitting in the summer of 2012.

Why did you get into CrossFit:

I got into CrossFit originally because my tennis coach at the time had recently started it, and pushed me to try it as well to improve my conditioning. After I stopped playing tennis, I knew I loved CrossFit and wanted to continue.

Why did you become a trainer:

I became a trainer almost 3 years ago because a few of the trainers encouraged me to do it! I recognized what a huge impact those trainers had on my physical health, and I wanted to inspire and help others like they helped me!

What is your favorite guilty pleasure food:

My favorite guilty pleasure is jelly beans. If I eat them, they sometimes make my stomach hurt, but they are so worth it. 😀

If you had one super power, what would it be and why:

If I had one super power it would definitely be flying. I don’t love driving or being in the car, so flying would eliminate wasted time spend in the car. I could get places faster, and I could fly to other parts of the world!
