Why did you get into CrossFit:

I was diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis and needed a workout program that would engage my full body.

Why did you become a trainer:

I’ve always loved teaching and helping people improve, so with the change I saw in me, I felt compelled to help others in their fitness journey.

What is your favorite guilty pleasure food:

Starburst, Skittles, Gummy Bears, and Sour Patch Kids.

If you had one super power, what would it be and why:
