About the Coach:

What year did you start CrossFitting:

I started CrossFit for the first time in 2007 and did it for about a year but never at a box. I joined a box formally in September of 2012 and have been CrossFitting ever since!

Why did you get into CrossFit:

I started CrossFit both times because my stomach had started jiggling while I was brushing my teeth and so that was the sign that I needed to get back in the gym. I loved CrossFit from my previous experience so I started with CrossFit Born Again and have been going strong since 2012!

Why did you become a trainer:

I have always loved CrossFit’s program and I love teaching and helping people so the path to training others was just kinda natural.

What is your favorite guilty pleasure food:

Tastycakes brand Honey Buns.

If you had one super power, what would it be and why:

I would love to be able to fly. Because it’s flying!!!
