To fly, so I don’t have to run. JK-ish.

Program your worst case scenario workout:

I am short so anything with running, rowing, wallballs and box jumps.

Anything else you want us to know:

Crossfit is challenging but there is a scaled version of every singe movement in that we do and there is not shame in being a beginner. We all have to start somewhere. Don’t wait until you are in better shape, don’t wait until you lose more weight, don’t wait until Jan 1! Your time is NOW. I look forward to meeting you soon!
