What year did you start CrossFitting:


Why did you get into CrossFit:

Well I weighed 250lbs and started diet and exercise. I lost 80lbs from diet and running but was bored. A friend suggested CrossFit and I loved it. The community is great and they constantly challenge you. If you miss a day or two someone is texting and asking where you are. That’s great accountability that you do not get from a normal gym.

Why did you become a trainer:

I became I trainer because I wanted to give back. It’s a great feeling helping others that are in the same out of shape situation I was in. I want people to get back into shape and improve their quality for life no matter their age or fitness level.

What is your favorite guilty pleasure food:

My favorite guilty pleasure food is Mexican food by far. Chips and salsa! My parents joke that I must be Mexican although neither will admit to it haha.

If you had one super power, what would it be and why:

If I had a super power it would be to consume whatever I wanted and not gain weight. I love food.

Program your worst case scenario workout:

I’m still thinking about the workout but it involves box carries.

Anything else you want us to know:

I want people to know that anyone can do CrossFit. You do not have to get in shape first. Any movement/workout can be scaled to fit that individuals capabilities. So don’t be intimidated. Come in and get in the best shape of your life and create some great friendships along the way.
