Why did you get into CrossFit:

I got into CrossFit when I was looking for something new to do. I was a bigger guy back in the day and had done P90X and Insanity. I took up running after that but I felt like I was missing something. A friend told me about CrossFit, I reached out to the local box in town and signed-up. Showed up, did my first On-Ramp Class, worked out, sorely walked to my car, sat in my car and realized how out of shape I actually was. I kept going back because the community, competitive atmosphere, and the coaches were there to help me. I really liked the support and accountability.

Why did you become a trainer:

To help people in health and fitness.

What is your favorite guilty pleasure food:

Coke Icee all day.
